Standards

***Please note that the standards listed below apply to both mat games and sweat series participants (for pairs, each athlete should be capable of their respective standards).  Athletes should be able to complete at least a few reps of each movement. some movements for pairs workouts may allow for completing reps in any fashion (AKA, one athlete won’t have to do any), but use your best judgement when selecting a division.

 

MASTERS WOMEN (40+)
MASTERS MEN (40+)

knees-to-arm (can make contact with any part of arm), push-ups, pull-ups, 65lb thruster, 105lb clean, 125b deadlift, double-unders, 20 inch box jump, 14lb wall-ball work, 35 lb kettlebell work (not all movements are listed, but individuals competent in the weights/skills noted shouldn’t have problems with ancillary items)
knees-to-arm (can make contact with any part of arm), push-ups, pull-ups, 95lb thruster, 135lb clean, 155lb deadlift, double-unders, 24 inch box jumps, 20lb wall-ball work, 53 lb kettlebell work (not all movements are listed, but individuals competent in the weights/skills noted shouldn’t have problems with ancillary items)

SCALED WOMEN
SCALED MEN

straight leg raises (to horizontal plane, kipping allowed), push-ups (on edge of 20″ box), jumping or standard pull-ups, 55lb thruster, 85lb clean, 105b deadlift, singles, 20 inch box jump or step-up, 10lb wall-ball work, 26lb kettlebell work (not all movements are listed, but individuals competent in the weights/skills noted shouldn’t have problems with ancillary items)
straight leg raises (to horizontal plane, kipping allowed), push-ups (on edge of 24″ box), jumping or standard pull-ups, 75lb thruster, 115lb clean, 155b deadlift, singles, 24 inch box jump or step-up, 14lb wall-ball work, 35lb kettlebell work (not all movements are listed, but individuals competent in the weights/skills noted shouldn’t have problems with ancillary items)

RX WOMEN

toes-to-bar, handstand push-ups, chest-to-bar, 85lb thruster, 105lb clean, 155lb deadlift, double-unders, 20 inch box jump, 14lb wall-ball work, 35 lb kettlebell work (not all movements are listed, but individuals competent in the weights/skills noted shouldn’t have problems with ancillary items)
toes-to-bar, handstand push-ups, chest-to-bar, 115lb thruster, 155lb clean, 205lb deadlift, double-unders, 24 inch box jump, 20lb wall-ball work, 53lb kettlebell work (not all movements are listed, but individuals competent in the weights/skills noted shouldn’t have problems with ancillary items)
